Lyn Cooke is fascinated by Australian native flora and fauna, in particular Australian birds. Lyn masterfully uses a mixture of watercolour and gouache to capture the meticulous detail in her stunning paintings. Whilst inspired by the bushland setting of her home and studio in Creswick, Victoria, (where Lyn encounters many of her subjects locally), she also travels regularly to other parts of Australia for inspiration.
